4.  We are committed to selling high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

  • Refunds will be offered if damaged in transit or are defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement.

  • Refunds will not be offered for change of mind.

  • Refunds will not be offered for used/word items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We could exchange the product if you ordered the wrong product with shipping fee.

  • We can exchange to other products as well.

  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges

  • Refund Discretion: We reserve the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may require additional information to process the request.

  • Refund Method: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
